Ø Schedule the work to, wherever possible, fit with your schedule

Ø Coordinate and project manage you building project from start to finish

Ø Provide a comprehensive statement of works for all projects over £20,000 illustrating the various stages of the build

Ø Allow for customer supplied materials and provide all information around quantities and delivery requirements

Ø Put you in contact with architects and engineers that we have worked with before to help with planning permission

Ø Work with the local building inspectors to ensure a smooth running project
